How does online training work?
I can use your remote meeting software, or provide my own, to connect to trainees and share screens. There is no need for all the trainees to be at the same location. Training works normally in every other way.
Do you supply training manuals?
Yes, all training courses include an illustrated, step-by-step printed training manual in English. The manuals were written by me, and are not available from any other source.
What do trainees need to bring to the course?
Trainees just need you just need to bring themselves, and a pen if they would like to take notes. The training manual has ample space for writing. Trainees are welcome to bring any files you would like to show the me on a memory stick.

The trainee has a specific problem with the software. Can you help?
Of course. I will allow ample time for trainees to ask questions, and they are welcome to bring specific examples of issues they need help with.
How do we decide what level course is best?
Before any training, I will ask participants to complete a questionnaire to confirm that the course level and content meets their needs.
How many trainees can attend a course?
For effective training, I normally limit the number of participants to eight. It may be possible to run some customised courses in a seminar style, with larger numbers.
Does the language of our installed software matter?
Not really. My training manuals feature English-language software versions, but I can provide resources to translate the menu items and functions to avoid any confusion.
Can we copy the manuals for other employees?
No. Manuals are copyrighted material.
Do you speak German?
I'm most comfortable training in English, but I can speak German, French, Italian and Irish. I also know a bit of Spanish and Russian. I have a lot of experience with trainees of varied cultural backgrounds and language abilities.
What are your rates?
I charge a daily (or half-day) fee, plus manual fee. Customised courses may incur an extra charge. Please contact me for an exact quotation.
Can you deliver live training outside Berlin?
I don't normally travel outside Berlin for one- or two-day courses. For longer contracts, please contact me to discuss details.
